Didactics of Higher Education

The design of activating and effective academic courses is a fundamental task and challenge for teaching staff. The seminar participants learn to develop this capacity, to reflect on their existing teaching concepts and approaches, and to integrate innovative methods of teaching and learning to their own teaching practices.

The seminars focus on the individual competences of our participants to deal with all relevant fields of action surrounding professional modern teaching in higher education.

Academic Human Resources Development

Besides their responsibilities as university managers, executives in academia are in charge of numerous other duties. In their leadership role, they are professionals in communication and relationship management as well as controlling.
