Working Methods

Thanks to the systematic approach of hochschuldidaktik.de, we precisely formulate role and competence profiles, we derive the corresponding learning objectives, and define the essential topics and contents for your training. Trainings are put into practice by means of appropriate interactive methods. For us, the constructive alignment of our trainings towards success monitoring and performance measurement is a matter of course. Likewise, periods of reflection form part of an adequate didactic procedure.

hochschuldidaktik.de frequently combine the trainings with individual and/or team coaching in order to fold the development of both thematic and methodical competences as well as social and personal skills into each other.
